Campaign
One Acre Fund needed to define the company culture for 10,000 diverse staff across nine countries.
When I led communications at One Acre Fund (2017-22), my team developed a global Culture Code with input from 5,000 staff. We translated it into five languages and launched it across our operations in Eastern and Southern Africa. l worked with senior leaders to define the key ideas and wrote the copy.

“You helped us better understand ourselves through our Culture Code. Your words will have an impact long into the future.”
Eric Pohlman, Co-Founder and CEO, One Acre Fund
